Unfold the boat length wise.

Unfold the boat width wise and couple 8 tubes amidships with sliding couplers. Throw two levers, one on either side of the boat, to tension skin fore and aft.
step four
Insert center spreader between cockpit tubes and bottom tubes and raise into place. Insert bow spreader and then stern spreader. Install floorboards between spreaders locking everything into place. Tighten Velcro wraps around cockpit tubes as necessary.
